Day 1Arrival at hotel

Safety briefing and program details to all students.

Day 2

07:30- 8:30: Breakfast at Hotel

9:00- 10:30: Diving briefing (introduction to Equipment – diving signs  …etc)

11:00- 1:30: First dive at Earthquake crack – Cave diving

2:00- 3:00: Lunch at Hotel

3:00- 5:30:  Open water dive at Port Ghalib

06:00 – 07:00: Rest and shower.

07:00- 08:00: Dinner at Hotel

8:00- 9:30: Night lecture on Economic importance of the Red Sea.

Day 3

07:30 – 8:30: Breakfast at Hotel

9:00- 9:30: Bus trip to Marina Marsa Alam for boat trip

10:00 – 11:00: Boat trip to Dolphin house

11:00- 01:00: snorkel at the reef with chance to see dolphins if at the site

1:00- 2:00: Lunch at the boat

2:00- 4:00: Snorkel at coral reef and water activities

4:00-5:00: trip back to Marina

05:30 – 7:00: Scavengers hunt and sport activities at hotel (Sportswear are required)

07:00- 08:00: Dinner at Hotel

8:00- 9:30: Night lecture on Marine Mammals.

Day 4

07:30 – 8:30: Breakfast at Hotel

9:00- 10:00: Safari trip to Wadi El Gemal National Park

10:00- 01:30: Walking around the Old Roman remains and Wadi El Gemal National Park

01:30- 2:30: Trip back to Hotel

2:30 – 3:30: Lunch at Wadi El Gemal

04:00 – 04:45:  Desert Animal tracking and identification with EEAA Rangers of Wadi El Gemal

05:00- 09:00: Dinner at Hotel

9:00 – Night lecture

Day 5

7:00- 8:00: Breakfast at Hotel

8:00- 9:00:  check out of Hotel

09:00- 12:00: Bus trip to Cairo


Cost Includes: All transportation (by bus) – Accommodation – All Meals – All activities
Supplies Needed:

(Cameras and all electronic and personal property is the responsibility of the student. The school will not be held responsible for theft or vandalism of student’s personal property)

All below items must be clearly labeled with names. Packing list will be announced once trip is confirmed by minimum signups.

One piece of luggage, one backpack, one sleeping bag, one flash light

Clothes: Change of clothing (sport clothing), water proof jacket, (windbreaker)/sweater, hat, sports shoes, socks, crocs, water shoes, scarf/izdal, swimwear (Boys: knee length swimming trunks, Girls: knee length shorts elbow length sleeves swim wear).

Participants failing to show up with the appropriate swim wear will not be able to participate in water activities

Toiletries: toothbrush, tooth paste, soap/shampoo, comb/brush, cocoa butter, sunscreen, towel, toilet seat covers, wet wipes, insect repellent
Medical Concerns: If the student will need to take medicine, clearly label the bottle with student name, dosage, and time given. Medicine must be handed in to the teacher before departure from the school.
Items Not Allowed: Video games, PSP, game related technology

Hard candy including lollipops and jaw breakers – Red Bull – Power Horse – Gum

*If any of these items are found, they will be confiscated at the beginning of the program and handed back at the end.
